Fiber colonoscopy is currently an advanced inspection method, which mainly checks whether there are space-occupying lesions in the colon (with or without tumors), and whether there is inflammation and abnormal changes in the large intestine mucosa. Before colonoscopy, patients should clean their intestines by:

During the dinner of the day before the examination, drink 250 ml of 20% mannitol at a time, and then drink 2000 ml of warm water. After having breakfast the next day, you can come to the hospital for colonoscopy.

2.Check the liquid diet at dinner the day before, 4 boxes of polyethylene glycol electrolyte (Shu Taiqing), each box contains 6 bags of AB, and 1 bag of each of A and B is taken with 250 ml of water, once every 15 minutes, until the 4 boxes of medicine are finished. After breakfast on the examination day, the hospital had colonoscopy.

3.Those who take mannitol or polyethylene glycol electrolyte (Shutaiqing) for bowel cleansing should start taking the medicine 6 hours before the colonoscopy. For example, the patient wakes up early to take medicine, and colonoscopy is also possible in the afternoon.

4. Colonoscopy should be performed after bowel washing on the day of the examination. There is no need to control diet before the examination.

5. Use sodium phosphate enema before the examination. This medicine stimulates bowel movements. Colonoscopy can be done after about half an hour. Do not control your diet before the test.

Choose one of the above five methods. In short, the patient should have at least 5 bowel movements before the microscopic examination, and the final stool will be yellow water to ensure the intestinal cleanliness. Intestinal cleanliness is a necessary condition for successful colonoscopy.
