▪ Accuracy: ±10%FSL(p=1013hPa,T=20±3°C)(Each flow tube shall be calibated to ±10% of the indicated value for flow rates between 10% and 100% of full scale)

▪ Oxygen Concentr-ation: 25%-35%

▪ Leakage test: ≤5ml/min@200kPa

▪ When oxygen is below a certain value, there is a cut-off function
